Our Commitment
Charitable Giving Disclosure
Last updated · July 2026
House of Palomino is committed to creating pieces worth passing down — and a future worth passing them to. As part of that promise, we contribute a portion of our profits to organizations that support mental-health advocacy and access to care. This disclosure explains, in plain terms, how that commitment works.
Our Pledge
House of Palomino donates ten percent (10%) of net profits to organizations that support mental-health advocacy and access to care. "Net profits" means our revenue from the sale of goods, less the cost of goods sold, returns, discounts, shipping costs, credit-card and marketplace fees, and applicable taxes, as calculated at the close of each fiscal year in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
How Funds Are Directed
Donations are made annually to one or more United States charitable organizations that are recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and whose mission includes mental-health services, research, advocacy, or expanded access to care. The specific recipient organizations are selected at the sole discretion of House of Palomino and may change from year to year.
House of Palomino is the sole donor of these funds. Your purchase of a House of Palomino piece is a purchase of goods; it is not itself a donation to a charity, neither Palomino nor any recipient organization treats it as a tax-deductible contribution by you.
Timing and Amount
Because the 10% pledge is calculated on annual net profits, no specific portion of the purchase price of any individual item is guaranteed to reach a charitable recipient. There may be years in which net profits are limited or in which no distribution is made, in which case the pledge accrues and is applied in a subsequent year at our discretion.
Named Charitable Partners
When House of Palomino partners with a specific named charity for a promotion — for example, a limited-edition piece in which a stated dollar amount per unit is donated — the material terms of that promotion (the charity's name, the dollar amount or percentage per unit, the promotion period, and any donation cap) will be disclosed clearly at the point of sale, and the promotion will be operated in accordance with applicable state charitable-solicitation and commercial-co-venture laws, including New York Executive Law Article 7-A.
Reporting
On request, we will share the aggregate amount contributed in the most recently closed fiscal year and the recipient organizations to which those funds were directed. Please write to sales@houseofpalomino.org for a copy of the annual giving summary.
No Endorsement
Reference to any charitable organization does not imply that organization's endorsement of House of Palomino or its products. Where a formal partnership exists, we will disclose it.
