House of Palomino designs and produces limited-run couture accessories from Saratoga Springs, New York. Because many pieces are made in small quantities using natural materials, slight variations between items are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of inventory error, suspected fraud, or a pricing inaccuracy.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we send the shipping confirmation.

All content on this site — imagery, copy, designs, and the House of Palomino name and marks — is the property of House of Palomino and may not be reproduced without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Palomino is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Saratoga County, New York.
