Your Privacy Rights
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated · July 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA/CPRA"), and comparable laws in other U.S. states, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information as those terms are defined by law.
Our Practice
House of Palomino does not sell your personal information for money. We also do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We use personal information only to fulfill your orders, provide client services, operate our boutique, and — where you have opted in — send you marketing correspondence about our collections.
A limited set of third-party service providers process personal information on our behalf under written contracts (Shopify for storefront and checkout, Stripe for payments, shipping carriers, and our email service provider). These arrangements are service-provider relationships under the CCPA/CPRA and are not "sales" or "sharing."
Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request. To learn more, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
Submit a Request
To confirm the status of your information, opt out of any future sale or sharing, request deletion, correction, or access, or limit the use of sensitive personal information, please write to sales@houseofpalomino.org with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within 45 days as required by law and may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
Non-Discrimination
You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you have exercised a right under the CCPA/CPRA.
More Information
For a full description of the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and the third parties with whom we share it, please review our Privacy Policy.
