House of Palomino respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of its clients and visitors. This policy explains how to report material on our website that you believe infringes your copyright, in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").
Reporting Alleged Infringement
If you believe that content on houseofpalomino.org infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it on our site (URL(s) preferred).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
False Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages. Please do not submit a notice unless your claim is made in good faith.
Repeat Infringers
House of Palomino will, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, terminate the access of clients or visitors who are found to be repeat infringers.
